Full Yoga Experience for Seniors

Enjoy the practice of different aspects of yoga. This 90-minute class will include a quick explanation of what yoga is, followed by practising mindful deep breathing. We will warm up our joints nd practice a balanced sequence of yoga poses to work all parts of the body. There will be options on how to make poses challenging or gentler. Come ready to move and stretch, and then unwind with a beautiful guided relaxation. Once the body and mind are relaxed, we will finish with a short introduction to meditation.
