A 45 minute total body workout without having to come down to the floor – each class has a cardio component, followed by strength training and core work, balance exercises, concluding with a stretch.
Using swissballs, Pilates balls, Therabands and hand weights.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
One free class per new participant Friday 11, 18 & 25 October
