Plunge into Spring: Aquatic exercise ideas, Southbank, Vic

This event will be an opportunity to get up to date research information about aquatic exercise for strengthening, cardiovascular fitness and general well being, with some practical tips on how to start. There will also be a discussion about how to keep moving and motivated in Spring, how to set yourself up for success and how to adjust your exercises- particularly if you have pain.
