SERVINGS – 12 PREP – 10 minutes DIFFICULTY – Super Easy
- 1/2 telegraph cucumber, strip-peeled
- 200g fresh crabmeat
- 1-2 tbs sweet chilli sauce, to taste
- 1 tbs coriander leaves, torn if large, plus extra small leaves to garnish
- Cut cucumber into 12 thick rounds.
- Lightly toss crab with chilli sauce and coriander.
- Season, then pile onto cucumber rounds.
- Garnish with extra coriander and serve.
